Elite Mentorship
The AGG Legacy Junior Challenge features top junior golfers (ages 13-17) competing alongside LPGA Legends. This unique format pairs elite amateur talent with professional golfers, creating an extraordinary mentorship and competitive experience. Girls are selected by a local committee based on GPA, competitive achievement, skill level and community involvement.
The Legends Factor
LPGA Legends transform this from a regional junior tournament into a marquee event with significant appeal to sponsors, media, and spectators:
Professional golfers attract golf enthusiasts, families, and community members who want to see championship-level play.
LPGA participation generates regional media coverage, social media content, and storytelling opportunities.
Association with professional athletes elevates brand perception and creates premium hospitality opportunities.
Young golfers gain motivation and vision for their own potential from competing alongside professionals.
Photos and videos of juniors and Legends create compelling marketing materials for sponsors, participants, and charitable beneficiaries.
AGG is not simply introducing girls to golf—it is cultivating a community, a personal brand identity, and a measurable growth journey that extends from beginner participation to competitive excellence and leadership development. Learn. Play. Compete.
Every round has a 19th hole — the place where the real stories get told, the friendships get built, and the game becomes something bigger than the score. That’s what The 19th is for AGG.
It’s where the movement lives between events — the ongoing home base in every city we serve. Simulators, domes, and tech-driven coaching tools give girls real practice access, week after week, not just once a year. It’s mentorship that shows up consistently. It’s a place she can bring a friend. It’s proof — city by city — that this isn’t a single unforgettable day, it’s a community that keeps showing up for her.
Every city’s 19th is led by a local AGG Ambassador — the trusted adult on the ground who knows every girl by name and keeps the doors open. The 19th feels like home. As our membership grows city by city, The 19th is built to grow with it — today it’s grassroots and girl-powered; tomorrow, it’s positioned to become something even bigger. Stay tuned for more.
